you are brand new to the movement, we suggest you try one
of the beginner classes.
Core
Principles
This pre-beginner class will lay down a solid foundation for
your understanding of the traditional Pilates exercises. You
will gain core strength by focusing on alignment, deep postural
muscles, mobility of the spine and breath.
Beginner
mat
This class works at a slower pace in order to integrate the
core principles into the basic Pilates matwork. Suitable for
those with limited flexibility or those not involved in regular
physical activity.
Intermediate
Mat
This class is designed for individuals who are ready for a
challenge! Class moves at a faster pace, focusing on core
stability & strength.
Open
Level Mat
Beginner to advanced welcome, modifications will be given.
