Group classes are offered throughout the week.
Class instruction focuses on building core strength by using your own body weight.
These sessions may include the use of props to enhance your workout.

 
 

If you are brand new to the movement, we suggest you try one of the beginner classes.

Core Principles
This pre-beginner class will lay down a solid foundation for your understanding of the traditional Pilates exercises. You will gain core strength by focusing on alignment, deep postural muscles, mobility of the spine and breath.

Beginner mat
This class works at a slower pace in order to integrate the core principles into the basic Pilates matwork. Suitable for those with limited flexibility or those not involved in regular physical activity.

Intermediate Mat
This class is designed for individuals who are ready for a challenge! Class moves at a faster pace, focusing on core stability & strength.

Open Level Mat
Beginner to advanced welcome, modifications will be given.

 
We offer a variety of Pilates-based classes that target specific populations.

Osteo-Pilates
This workshop is geared towards the needs of the post-menopausal woman. The class will address the issues associated with osteoporosis, adhesive capsulitis, carpal tunnel syndrome and forward shoulder syndrome.

Pre-Natal
Exercising during your pregnancy can provide you with more energy, less physical discomfort, strength you need for labor and a quicker recovery. As your body goes through many changes, Pilates places an emphasis on core stabilization, pelvic floor strengthening, postural improvement and flexibility.

Post-Natal
This Pilates-based exercise program is designed to help new mothers reconnect and gain strength in their abdominals and pelvic floor. Our postpartum classes will leave you encouraged, uplifted and invigorated. You are invited to share this experience with your pre-crawling baby.

A class or workshop can be created for your private group.
